All patients must undergo a thorough consultation prior to any medical grade treatment performed at Cosmetic Injectables Australia. This includes any patient who may have already previously had the same treatment at another clinic.

Cosmetic Injectables Australia holds the right to refuse any treatment deemed not medically suited to the patient presenting.

Cosmetic Injectables Australia provides a happy harmonious environment and with this holds a no aggression policy.

A review appointment will always be booked post treatment. The patient has a right to refuse a review appointment. In this case of refusal it will be the patients responsibility to followup with Cosmetic Injectables Australia should any concerns arise.

As a patient at Cosmetic Injectables Australia it is your responsibility to thoroughly understand the treatment you are having. It is essential that you are aware of your, pre and post treatment care requirements of any treatment you undertake. We are here to answer any questions you may have.

It is the patients responsibility to thoroughly read all consent forms and information given.

The patient has the right to refuse any treatment at any time.

Cosmetic Injectables Australia will not be held liable should you decide to not thoroughly read your consent forms. Complications can occur with our medical grade treatments and it is for this reason you must READ ALL CONSENT FORMS.

Cosmetic Injectables Australia insists you must read all consent forms when directed even if you have signed the consent form previously or have undergone the treatment before.

Should you not follow post treatment care then Cosmetic Injectables Australia will not be held liable for any post treatment complications.

You as the patient undergoing a consultation and reading these terms and conditions accept these recommendations.

NO FAKE TAN/SUN EXPOSURE 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO TREATMENT AREA.

Cosmetic Injectables Australia reserves the right to charge a booking fee for appointments longer than 60 minutes, if a client has not given 24 hours notice of cancellation and/or if the appointment is rescheduled within less than 24 hours. This booking fee will be forfeited if client does not attend.
